1. Classic Turkish Menemen:

2. Ottoman Lamb:

  •  Make the marinade by mixing red wine, plain yoghurt, tomato puree, bay leaves, cayenne, garlic cloves, black pepper, olive oil and salt.
  •  Cover the leg of lamb with this mixture and place it to marinate for about 1 hour.
  •  Slice the lamb and dish up sprinkled by chopped fresh coriander, cucumber salad, tomato etc.

3. Hummus:

  •  Mostly the Arabic food is recognized with Hammus and is prepared from Sesame Seeds and Chick Peas that is recognized as Tahina.
  •  Chickpea spread can be slathered on anything from a burger or baked potato to the traditional hot pita bread.
  •  To make this, grind the boiled chickpeas in a mixer by the tahina, lemon juice, salt, and garlic, to make a paste. Serve with pita bread by drop of olive oil, coriander leaves and paprika powder

4. Salatat Bazinjan Eswed Bel-Filfil:

  •  You can call this, Chili Pepper and Eggplant Salad.
  •  Cut the egg plant and cover it with salt for some time then clean and fry till it becomes golden brown. Also fry the tomato and chilli pepper rings.
  •  Blend the vinegar, pepper and salt together over the vegetable rings. Put all this in a serving plate and serve cooled.

5. Aroz Mofalfal:

  •  It is nothing but Arabian rice.
  •  To prepare this, stir fry vermicile noodles through butter up to a little brown. By adding boiling water and salt add rice also.
  •  Allow it to cook for 30 minutes and then serve with some vegetable dish.

6. Labni:

  •  This is a Fresh Cheese that is ready from Yogurt.
  •  Place a yogurt plus salt in muslin sack and hang it for the whole night.
  •  Another day, drain the water, take the cheese and utilize like a spread on pita or shape into tiny balls and dish up by olive oil with chop fresh mint otherwise by black olives.

7. Lentil Salad:

  •  In 5 cup water cook lentils with cumin, and salt. Cool it, adding black pepper, parsley, scallions, salt and olive oil.
  •  You can store this for many days.

8. Falafel or Ta’meya:

  •  Falafel is a popular is fried ball or patty made from spiced fava beans and/or chickpeas.
  •  Make a paste by mixing Garbanzo Beans with fava beans. Also add cayenne pepper, baking powder, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley crushed garlic and fine bulgar.
  •  Make round balls of this and deep fry till it gets brown color. Sandwich this into pita bread with lettuce, lettuce and onoions.

9. Cracked Wheat with Yogurt:

  •  This is called as Gereesh Bel Laban. To make this, boil yogurt with salt and a paste of chili peppers, cumin, and shortening and cracked wheat for 3 hours.
  •  Blend this into a mixture and take out in a plate and serve hot with butter.
