Dip cotton pads in this mixture and apply gently on the dark circles. Then dab gently for around 10 to 15 minutes and rinse with cold water. Alternatively you can dip tissue paper in the mixture and place them on your eyes for 20 to 30 minutes. Then pat it off with cold water.

We should have a change in our life style to prevent the forming of dark circles under the eye. However, due to changes in the environment this seems impossible.
