Her facial skin care regime seeks a little more careful attention as she has a combination of oily and dry skin so she religiously follows the cleanse, tone and moisturize routine twice daily, favouring a French brand of moisturizer called Uriage.

Her secret is to find a routine that is fun and exciting as well as stimulating so she does a little of everything alternating between swimming and kickboxing to horse riding, yoga, functional and weight training, dancing and even running around her building. She’s got quite a fun routine going which not only holds her interest but has worked its magic on her body and soul.

Being a foodie, Dia Mirza does find it difficult at times to resist food but when her body calls for it she manages to eat right and eat healthy. She doesn’t believe in crash diets and eats every two hours maintaining a regular interval between meals. What’s more, she downs plenty of water but when she feels like she’s retaining too much water she switches to lots of green tea instead which she says has helped her significantly.
