Wash the methi seeds in plain water and crush them a little. Boil these crushed seeds in hot water and allow it to cool down. After 2-3 hours, strain the seeds from the water and drink it as an tea.

Soak some fenugreek seeds in a cup of water and keep it for overnight. Remove the seeds in the morning and strain the water. Drinking this water every morning on empty stomach decrease the blood sugar.

3. Fenugreek Seeds Powder:

Roast few fenugreek seeds in a pan over a little heat until the seeds turn dark brown.
Blend the roasted seeds to a fine methi powder and mix it with water or any prefer d juice or take them as capsules.
