You will require 1/8 cup of coconut oil, ¼ cup of beeswax, 1/8 cup of shea butter, one teaspoon extract of vanilla or coconut, ¼ cup of fresh or dried rose petals, one tablespoon sweet almond oil. Heat all the ingredients together in a saucepan in low flame until everything melts down. When done, transfer them into a container. Let it cool completely and your lip balm is ready. You may add a teaspoon of natural colour like beetroot powder if you want tinted lip balm.

Take one part each of shea butter and mango butter with one part of beeswax a teaspoon of olive oil. Heat all the ingredients together at low flame in a saucepan. Add a tablespoon of lavender oil to it for flavour. For colouring you may add any natural colour to it. Stir well and pour the mixture into empty tubes. Let it cool.

Heat a tablespoon of shea butter, two tablespoon of sweet almond oil, a tablespoon of chopped beeswax, five drops each of vitamin E oil and peppermint oil into a double boiler or saucepan over medium heat. Pour the mixture into an empty container and allow it to cool. Peppermint lip balm will open up your sinuses when you have caught a cold.

4. Mint And Honey Lip Balm:

To make mint and honey lip balm, microwave a teaspoon of petroleum jelly for thirty seconds and add three drops of peppermint extract to it. Mix it well and pour over a teaspoon of honey into it. Stir it and put the mixture into a container. Without covering it with a lid, let the mixture set in overnight. By next morning, the mixture should have perfectly set. Test the newly made balm on your lips and put the lid on.

Take two tablespoons of grated beeswax, a tablespoon of coconut oil and two teaspoons of sweet almond oil and heat them together in a double boiler. Add a small chunk of an old red lipstick and half teaspoon of shimmery eye shadow for some sparkle into the mixture. Take it off heat and add ten drops of your favourite essential oil like orange or lemon and stir it well. Transfer the mixture into an empty container and let it cool.

To make this yummy lip balm, heat together two tablespoons of grated beeswax, a teaspoon of coconut oil, a teaspoon of almond oil, a teaspoon of cocoa butter, 3 ½ drops of Vitamin E oil, 2 drops of peppermint extract and 2 teaspoon of grated chocolate. Stir it well and transfer the mixture into a small container. Allow it to cool.

Mix together two tablespoons of grated beeswax, 1 ½ tablespoon of Vitamin E oil, one tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil, and 25 drops of vanilla essential oil. You may add a slice of an old lipstick to add tint to your lip balm. Heat all the ingredients in a double boiler. Pour the ingredients into an empty container and allow it to cool.

Mix together two tablespoons of coconut oil and olive oil respectively, two tablespoons of beeswax and five drops of lemon essential oils and lime essential oils.
