Recipe of Gourmet Chicken Sandwich:
Chicken Breast Halves: 4, boneless, skinless, ¼ inch thickness
Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
Black Pepper Powder: To taste
Dijon Style Mustard: 2 teaspoons
Olive Oil: 1 Tablespoon
Garlic: 1 teaspoon,Minced
Fresh Rosemary: 1 teaspoon,chopped
Focaccia Bread: Garlic and Rosemary Flavour, 8 slices
Method of Preparation:
Sprinkle some pepper on the chicken breast and alongside heat oil in a skillet. Now add some garlic to this and let it cook till it leaves its aroma and becomes golden brown in colour. To this, one needs to add the chicken in a way that the side which has pepper is facing downwards. You need to sauté the chicken well for the next 10-15 minutes or till the chicken cooks completely and leaves out all its juices.
In another bowl, mix well the mayonnaise, rosemary and mustard. This mixture should be spread well on the focaccia bread once you blend in the entire ingredients well. One of the prepared chicken cutlets should be placed on the bread and then topped with another of the bread slices. The gourmet chicken sandwich is ready to be eaten with some spicy cheese dip.

Recipe for a Variation of Chicken Sandwich:
Cream Cheese: 4 ounces, softened
Chicken Breast Halves: Boneless and skinless, 2
Tomato: 1, diced
Garlic: 4 tablespoon, minced
Lettuce: 1 leaf
Butter; 2 tablespoon
French bread: 4 slices, thick
Method of Preparation:
Take a bowl and mix together the cream cheese and about two tablespoons of garlic and keep it aside.
Heat a skillet and spread some butter on it. Season the chicken breast pieces with garlic and cook it for the next 8-10 minutes on both the sides each. Make sure that the chicken gives out its juices which are a sign that the meat is cooked. The meats should also be firm in nature. Once done keep it aside.
Spread some butter on one of the sides of each of the slices and toast it well on the skillet until it is golden brown. On the other side of the bread spread the cream cheese mixture and place a chicken cutlet followed by some slices of tomatoes and a lettuce leaf. Cover it with another piece of bread slice which has cream cheese spread as well.
