2. Back Position Pose:

The first and most basic position in Shakti Yoga is lying on your back. This will help stimulate the acupressure points and the nerves located at the vertebra of your spine. It is best to keep a pillow underneath your neck while you are doing this. Keep your legs still on the floor. Breathe deeply.

3. Jaw Position:

To do the jaw position, simply place your cheek on the Shakti mat. You can use a thin piece of cloth between your face and the mat. After a couple of times you have done this, the cloth can be removed. This position will rejuvenate your face and remove all tensions in your jaw and neck area.

4. Hand Position Posture:

To do the hand position, you need to lie on your back on the Shakti mat and place both your hands in your armpits in the opposite directions. 5. The Third Eye Pose:
