- 5 kg Beef Ribs

- 2 Tbsp rice wine (mirin)

- 1 kg Pork
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

- 2 tbsp Oregano
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Red chilli Powder

6. Korean Spicy Squid:
Ingredients:
- 1 large squid
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 carrot
- 3 green onions, chopped
