These can then be massaged properly for about 20 minutes and then washed off with a good cleanser. This also increases blood flow. A hot towel can be worn for 20 minutes to enhance the process. This is quite effective.

This can be used by massaging a good amount of this and can be kept for the rest of the night or at least for 6 hours. A cloth bandana can be used to keep the area warm. This can be washed the day after.

Another thing that can be done is for those who want a conditioning effect. Therefore a person can mix about 2 tbsp of this to about 2 tbsp of vinegar in a mug of distilled water. This will make a rinse which can be massaged for a few minutes and then washed off after Cleanser. This is a very good conditioner.
