4. Lips:
For the final touch use a suitable lipstick shade and apply as follows.
Use foundation on the lips and set it with powder.

Next, use the base colour and apply an even coat using a thin lip brush on the bottom lip. Apply a darker coat on the upper lip, this makes the lips look plump.
