Juicy Roasted Chicken:

Ingredients Required:

  • Whole Chicken: 1, 3 pounds, giblets removed.
  • Margarine: ½ cup.
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste.
  • Onion Powder: to taste, approximately 1 teaspoon.
  • Celery Stalks: 1 (leaves removed).

Method to Prepare Roast Chicken:

The first things first, preheat the oven to about 350 degree F which is about 175 degree C. Next you need to pay attention to preparing the chicken till the step you need to put it into the oven.

Take a roasting pan and place the entire chicken on it. This should be followed by a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper on the chicken inside and out. Make sure you use it properly so that the taste is not bland when you roast the chicken and eat it. Now use the onion powder in the same way on the chicken and sprinkle this in and out as well.

In the chicken cavity, use about 2-3 tablespoons of margarine. The rest of the margarine should be used in dollops on the outside of the chicken wherever you think it needs to be put.
