The majestic and the most beautiful waterfall in Goa is the Dudhsagar waterfall. Situated on the border of Goa and Karnataka, Dudhsagar waterfall is on the River Mandovi. It is just 46 km away from Madgaon railway station. The pure white colour of the water that falls from a height of 310 meters above looks like milk, and thus the name Dudhsagar (sea of milk). It is most attractive during the monsoons when the water level increases. It is probably the best waterfall in Goa.

2. The Noisy Arvalem (Harvalem) Waterfall:

A short 10 minute drive from the Arvalem Caves near Sanquelim is where the or Harvalem or Arvalem waterfalls are situated.
