Prepare Your Body!

As you normally eat or drink what you feel like. But in this diet you need to eat and drink what is said and that to on a very stick basis!

Persons who are planning to start the GM diet day 1 must consume starchy foods such as potatoes, oats and bananas the day before starting so that they would be packed with enough energy to last for the next morning. They should also practice drinking lots of water, so that they will not be dehydrated in the succeeding days. This is because on the first day of this diet plan, the body is subject to detoxification.

Only preparing your digestive system isn’t enough! As you should also start up with a very little and light exercises as it would make your body strong to bear the upcoming hurdles! And you should do these exercises during your diet too! Do not leave them.

GM Diet Day 1 Breakfast:

Breakfast has always termed as the king of all the meals therefore breakfast is the first important meal of the day and also in a GM diet regimen is breakfast. You may take a full breakfast consisting mainly of fruits such as melons and papaya together with 1-2 glasses of water. Taking water is a must! These fruits easily make the stomach full, and at the same time the sweet tooth satisfied, you must avoid craving for more tempting meals such as pizza and pasta! And only concentrate at losing weight.

GM Diet Day 1 Lunch:

Do not skip any meal! You must take all. During lunch you must intake watery fruits such as apples or oranges or watermelons. A perfect Lunch time is observed at 12:00 noon to 1:30 in the afternoon. If you are worried that you will remain hungry do not worry at all you may take a bowl of apples or two cups of watermelons can make the stomach full. Other fruits such as kiwi and mangoes can as well be served.

GM Diet Day 1 Dinner:

As you have eaten only fruits all the day long… At dinner time too you may return to melons, kiwi and oranges, as well as 1-2 glasses of water. Melons can be heavy on the stomach try having only a half-bowl or avoid it if possible take papaya instead serving should be consumed in order not to have a cramped stomach later at night.

Midday Meals and Beverages:

Now the main part of your diet is over! But in between these meals you would surely feel hungry, or you may feel something to eat as fruits digest fast! Therefore while the main beverage allowed for the Day 1 you may also have fresh orange juice and coconut water during midday snacks it helps in keeping the stomach full the rest of the day.

Midday meals still consist of fruits, but at varying kinds and servings, as you have to take the main meals as your big meals, and mid day meals just like a snack. Raisins, oranges, and apple dices can be consumed during mid-mornings and afternoons.
