  1. First, you will have to place yourself on the ground with your knees and hand on the floor. Your hands will be at an angle of 90° to your shoulders and the knees will be perpendicular to the hips as well.
  2. Now, you will have to push your hips upward and breathe while doing it. You have keep the back erect and stretch the legs. So now, you will be literally standing on your toes.
  3. Press the palms against the ground and make the spine straight. Keep this position for 20-25 seconds and slowly allow the hips to come downward and exit the position alongside exhaling.

12. The Fish Posture:

This is very famous and best exercise for hair growth. For doing this posture correctly, you will have lie down on the floor first and keep the legs together.

Keep the hands to the back of your thighs and make sure that the palms are facing the ground. Pull the middle portion of the upper body and drop the head backwards and make sure that the crown of the head makes contact with the floor.

An arch will be formed between your hips and the head. Maintain this position for a few seconds and keep breathing.
