1. Make Time For Exercise:

You might be the busiest person on Earth but you should still take time out to exercise daily for at least 30 to 40 minutes. Go for a  walk around the block or a jog. If you cannot take out time for a structured exercise, the try to increase your physical activity levels in some form or the other. Take stairs whenever you can instead of escalators and elevators. 2. Never Skip Your Meals:

So, make it a habit to brush twice a day and floss once a day. Also go for professional cleaning of teeth every 6 months to 1 year.

5. Stay Positive:

Stay with people who think positively because the company you keep reflects a lot in your thoughts and actions. Those who are positive and accepting by nature are healthier than those who harbor negative feelings and keep company with people who are always complaining and grumbling about one thing or the other.
