Types of Nada Yoga:

There are four types of Nada Yoga, namely Vaikhari meaning audible sound, Madhyama meaning sound, Pashyanta meaning subconscious sound and Paranada meaning transcendent sound. They are the most important aspects of this form and bring about a sense of union, harmony, peace and brotherhood.

Prepare Yourself:

Meditation:

Nada yoga is about meditation. For this you must close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. Inhale and exhale with your hands placed on your knees. Changing the timings frequently is not considered to be a good habit for yogis.
