For the skull shining breathing pranayama, you need to sit in a comfortable place. Keep your spine straight and let your palms be on your knees. Now inhale. As you breathe out, start to pull your stomach. Pull your navel in. Let your breath flow through your lungs. Take 20 breaths like these and relax. Keep your eyes closed.

3. Alternate Nostril Breathing:

For this you must place your left hand on your left knee and let your palms be open up towards the sky. Place your index finger and middle finger between your brows.
